We are a family Church, with over 35 nationalities represented, we believe that there is something for everyone at Cornerstone.
OUR SENIOR PASTORS
Pastors Chris and Loraine Demetriou founded Cornerstone the Church in 1990. Growing from a small Bible Study to a flourishing multi-cultural Church, Cornerstone is a multi-ethnic community made up of over 35 nationalities. Pastors Chris & Loraine were ordained by Pastor Ray McCauley at Rhema Bible Church in South Africa.

Pastor Chris is a Greek-Cypriot with unique insight into the original Greek texts. His primary gift is the ability to simplify universal truths into easy to understand principles. Pastor Chris has been responsible for pastoring and mentoring many successful influencers and leaders in the global Church network, from founders of global Christian Television networks, to FTSE 100 CEO's, No.1 chart topping artists and Christian evangelists responsible for touching the lives of millions of people. His desire for the Word and drive to establish strong communities has paved the way for success for many that come under his teachings.
Pastor Loraine is a passionate and beloved woman of God, the 4th generation of a line of Spirit-filled believers. Her compassionate heart and gift of encouragement is the backbone of Cornerstone, responsible for the culture of love, hospitality and excellence that the Church is renowned for. Her work in managing multiple International ministries alongside her experience with orphans and children in need has given her the unique insight into how to not only run a successful Ministry, but also how to meet people on their level and identify the steps necessary for their continued growth and development.

Want to worship with us?
Cornerstone the Church holds services every Sunday from 11:00am at our Church in Walton-on-Thames (38 Station Avenue, KT12 1NU). We have toilets and facilities for people with disabilities as well as baby changing facilities. We run creche, children and youth groups during Sunday morning services from ages 3-16. On week days and evenings we run a variety of groups and sessions for Church members, visit our ministries page to find out more.
